Day 1 - Your Present Situation:

  • Evaluate your challenges and priorities; define where you need to focus

  • Reflect and clarify your values, interests, motivators, and goals

  • Assess your assets and liabilities; prepare a gap analysis (how to get from here to there)

  • Throughout the day: be outside (a guided walk will be offered), reflect, think deeply

Day 2 - Moving Yourself Forward:

  • Explore future career scenarios

  • Prioritize your next steps; create an action plan to achieve your goals

  • Identify and break down the habits and obstacles that get in your way

  • Define your “one big thing”

  • Determine your follow-up and accountabilities, and how you’ll engage others

  • Throughout the day: build motivation, create achievable action steps, build accountability
